I am more concerned with outcomes than obstacles. I proactively solicit feedback from clients and employees to further enhance the relationship between the client and the company.

Respect
I treat others input and ideas with courtesy and importance. I listen actively and allow others to voice their opinions and concerns. I establish relationships based on integrity and trust by exhibiting behaviors consistent with our corporate value system.

Corporate "Value" System
Know when and why to make a commitment and live up to that commitment. Establish and enhance ethical relationships, and require personal accountability for those relationships. Empower employees to take actions necessary to accomplish the goals of the organization.
