This employee's main responsibility is to get involved with any of your company's specific projects designed to add value to our business relationship. These projects may involve anything from helping with implementation and provisioning of your company's voice and data solutions to assessing your CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) needs, inventory existing telephone lines or data circuits at multiple locations or trouble shooting problems that can only be resolved by a customer premise visit.
