Typically the first point
of contact you would have with MTA would
be with one of our Account
Executives. Then depending on the
type of service you order, you would have
contact with one of our Sales
Engineers.
Once your order is submitted, it is passed
through many channels to ensure that everything
is correct and all the proper paperwork
is completed. Then one of our Account
Managers will check the order again
and contact you. In the event that a special
situation arises or a visit to your premise
is necessary, our Projects
Manager would then assist.
