Leave of Absence
MTA offers unpaid leaves of absence, subject
to advance approval, for certain quality-of-life
needs.
Paid Time Off
MTA recognizes that every employee needs
a break from time to time. We provide
paid time off away from work for relaxation
and recharging, including vacation, holidays
and personal days.
Tuition Aid Policy
MTA is committed to the growth and professional
development of its employees. In support
of that development, the Company offers
tuition assistance toward seminars, course
fees, etc. to full-time employees who
complete job or telecommunications industry
related courses with a passing grade.
These funds can be used to help cover
the cost of qualified educational expenses
approved by the company.
Employee Recognition Programs
To acknowledge the employee who has consistently
exhibited behaviors inherent in MTA's
"Corporate Value System", a
plaque is given out quarterly titled "Outstanding
Employee Award" and presentation
made at the Company quarterly meetings.
There are also plaques given out for the
leading "Account Executive"
in Sales and "Account Manager"
in Customer Care for the month. An employee
that has been employed with the company
for a full three years is rewarded with
a Company jacket.
