Account Executive
The Account Executive’s main responsibility is to present the MTA next generation voice and data solution to prospective customers, secure new customers and subsequently generate new revenue opportunities for MTA. Account Executives assist in the analysis, evaluation, and creation of our client’s voice and data solution. Along with these responsibilities, they must assist our Account Management team in providing another layer of customer support for current and or future needs.This is a quota based position involving lucrative compensation opportunities for over-achievers.

Network Technician
As a network technician, you will be required to provide support for a wide range of technical issues relating to the business markets. This jobs primary function is the installation of either wired and/or wireless equipment at the customer premises as well as at the distribution points of the network. This job also involves performing troubleshooting of issues relating to hardware, software and application and providing an appropriate level of communication.
Required Experience:
- Basic Telecom wiring.
- Basic LAN knowledge.
- Basic RF knowledge.
- Basic TCP/IP ( Ping and trace route).
- Working knowledge of Windows Office suite of programs.
- Valid Indiana driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be able to work on building roofs and communication towers.
- Knowledge of PBX, Hybrid/Basic Key Systems wiring a plus.
- Knowledge of Integrated access devices a plus (Adtran, Zhone, Cisco, etc.)
- Soft Switch provisioning a plus.
- DS-1/DS-3 knowledge a plus.
- Previous experience as installation tech a plus
- Pulling and terminating of telecom and data wiring.
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of High Speed Internet and VOIP Services in a commercial setting.
- Install and maintain various pieces of equipment at MTA's customer premises and distribution locations.
- Connecting MTA network access devices to existing customer telephone equipment.
- Maintain network records, reports and trouble tickets.
- Assist in the installation, provisioning and maintenance of various types of equipment and services in the Network Operation Center.
- Responsible for keeping all work locations organized and clean. This includes and not limited to the Network Operations Center (NOC), garage areas, inventory closets, vehicles, distribution locations, and the area occupied by MTA at any customer location.
- Able to climb telecommunication towers for installation and maintenance of network equipment.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds in a safe manner.
- Reports to the Network Technician Supervisor
Working Hours:
- Core working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday with a 1 hour lunch.
- Take part in an On-Call schedule for off hour response to network issues.
- Occasional off hour work will be required when necessary.
